Most activities operate normally during light rain. However, during heavy rainfall or thunderstorms, certain activities like ziplining and rock climbing may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. Water activities like boating may continue with proper safety measures. We monitor weather conditions closely and prioritize guest safety.
Can I book activities on the spot? +
Yes, activities can be booked on the spot subject to availability. However, we highly recommend advance booking, especially on weekends and holidays, to ensure availability and avoid waiting times. Group bookings and corporate events require advance reservation.
What is your cancellation policy for activities? +
Activity bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the activity cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount. For group bookings, we require 72 hours notice for cancellations.
