Yes, we offer customization options for couple packages. You can add or remove activities based on your preferences. For custom packages, please contact us at least 3 days in advance through WhatsApp or phone call.
What is the cancellation policy for couple packages?
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking date. In case of bad weather, we offer rescheduling or full refund.
Are the couple packages available on all days?
Yes, all couple packages are available throughout the week. However, we recommend weekday visits for a more private experience. Some special setups (like private bonfire) may have limited availability on weekdays.
